Цель данной статьи: описание и анализ клинического случая тяжелого стеноза клапана аорты молодой собаки. Данная патология, вероятнее всего, являлась следствием бруцеллеза, хотя нельзя было полностью исключить генетическую природу аортального стеноза, что привело к тяжелому кардиогенному отеку, который не поддавался стандартным методам терапии.
