Эндокардит аортального клапана вследствие бруцеллеза у собаки. Часть 2

Цель данной статьи: описание и анализ клинического случая тяжелого стеноза клапана аорты молодой собаки, который, вероятнее всего, является следствием бруцеллеза, хотя нельзя было полностью исключить генетическую природу аортального стеноза, что привело к тяжелому кардиогенному отеку, который не поддавался стандартным методам терапии.
