Введение
Фитоменадион (витамин К1, фитонадион, филлоквинон) является жирорастворимым витамином, который играет ключевую роль в синтезе витамин К-зависимых факторов свертывания крови (факторы II, VII, IX и X) в печени. Витамин К1 является единственной эффективной формой витамина К для лечения коагулопатий, вызванных дефицитом витамина К. В отличие от витамина К3, который практически не эффективен при лечении отравления родентицидами, витамин К1 остается препаратом первого выбора в ветеринарной медицине для непродуктивных (животных-компаньонов) и сельскохозяйственных животных. Недавно препарат, предназначенный для парентерального введения, наконец стал доступен на отечественном рынке. Однако, несмотря на положительные аспекты применения препарата в соответствии с клинической необходимостью, встречаются случаи его необоснованного использования. Некоторые врачи рассматривают фитоменадион как панацею и начинают его применять для лечения любых коагулопатий, что может привести к нежелательным последствиям.Целью данной статьи является систематизация показаний к рациональному применению фитоменадиона, а также предоставление обоснованных рекомендаций по его использованию в различных клинических ситуациях1-4.
