Введение
Фиброзно-хрящевая эмболия (фиброзно-картилягиозная эмболия, фиброзно-хрящевая эмболическая миелопатия, ФХЭ) – распространенное заболевание, которое встречается у многих видов животных и у людей7. Если рассматривать только поле ветеринарной медицины, то данная патология чаще всего регистрируется у собак, спорадически – у кошек, а также была описана у лошадей, свиней, индеек, ягнят, телят и тигра2,13,15,16,22, 28-30. ФХЭ представляет собой острое нарушение кровообращения (ишемический инфаркт) участка спинного мозга вследствие окклюзии сосудов спинного мозга эмболом (гистологически и гистохимически идентичным пульпозному ядру межпозвоночного диска). Инфаркт приводит к ишемическому некрозу участка и отеку спинного мозга. Распространенность и симметричность патологических изменений, в свою очередь, обуславливают выраженность неврологической симптоматики.Симптомы патологии всегда развиваются сверхостро, соответствуют локализации патологии и чаще всего стабилизируются в течение 24 часов с момента инфаркта3,4,7.
